My loyalty over ten years meant nothing to them, and their awful service has led to a nightmare with Verizon that still isn’t resolved.
Six months after switching, I’m forced to visit a store every single month to deal with billing issues. They refuse to help over the phone, suddenly claiming they can’t verify me, even though my number hasn’t changed.
This has been the most frustrating customer service experience I’ve ever had.
I am not happy with T-Mobile
As a customer since 2007, I can confidently say that among the major network providers (not the MVNOs), this company offers the best combination of pricing and 5G speed for your cell phone.
It's important to be aware of a few trade-offs. While their network is strong, its rural coverage still lags behind Verizon. Furthermore, their customer service has declined in recent years, and they have regrettably rescinded some "lifetime guaranteed" price plans.
Despite these drawbacks, after evaluating the alternatives, I believe they remain the most viable option in the current market, which is a telling statement in itself.
