If Sam is available, I highly recommend working with her! I was on the verge of taking legal action against Tailor Brands due to their unprofessional practices. For two years in a row, they attempted to charge me $900 for a third-party service with no clear instructions on how to redeem it. The first year, I lost the full amount and ultimately subscribed to the service independently to avoid further confusion. However, Tailor Brands still attempted to charge me another $900 the following year for access to the same service I was already a member of.
They offered no credit or reimbursement for the initial loss, which is a significant issue for any business owner managing their P&L and expenses. Their legal team is only accessible via email, and while they are quick to charge for subscriptions, they are slow to provide support or guidance on how to redeem or navigate their services.
Sam’s diligence and attention to detail were the only reasons I reconsidered staying as an elite member subscriber. Without her, my lawyers would have had a field day.
