No regrets after switching from Vodafone!
I was initially hesitant about leaving one of the 'big' providers, but my experience has been nothing but positive.
I contacted support today via webchat and was asked to complete a short authentication form before being connected to a human—quick, helpful, and far better than what I’d expect from Vodafone or O2.
The only downside I’ve found with Talkmobile is that visual voicemail doesn’t work on my iPhone. However, I was aware of this beforehand and felt it was a small trade-off for lower prices and significantly better internet connectivity than the major providers.
