At the Lakeline Target in North Austin, Asorria (the store leader) refused to assist with valid, non-expired discounts. She dismissed us, saying, “I don’t have time,” and walked away. When we tried to follow up at self-checkout—where there were no other customers—she was instead talking to another employee, openly speaking negatively about us in front of her colleagues. My 7-year-old daughter heard everything and was understandably upset. Thankfully, another employee, Ben, stepped in and resolved the issue without any fuss. The situation didn’t need all that unnecessary drama.
