I placed an order with them, and they entered the wrong ZIP code. Despite repeatedly contacting them—even before the order was supposedly delivered—they kept insisting it had arrived, yet I received nothing.
I provided the correct ZIP code multiple times and had all the tracking details, but they assured me they would fix it and resend my order. Then, I received another email stating it had been delivered, only to find out they still used the wrong ZIP code!
At this point, it feels like a scam. I’ll be contacting my credit card company to resolve the issue. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company!
