Arrived well before the time suggested by the Control Centre. The patrol officer was extremely polite, courteous, and professional.
However, the Control Centre kept encouraging me to use their app—not ideal for everyone, especially in areas with poor phone signal where it becomes unreliable. Speaking directly to someone is far more effective and convenient
