This is an excellent surgery in every respect. Whenever I’ve had an issue, whether for myself or my daughter, they’ve always been there to help. I was especially grateful when they provided me with a support worker to assist with any difficulties or concerns I’ve faced, and continue to face.
The support worker has been invaluable, helping me on numerous occasions with my child and resolving housing issues, as well as offering much-needed emotional support during challenging times. As a foreigner unfamiliar with the health, education, and other systems in the UK, she takes the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I can make informed decisions.
Thanks to The Docs surgery and the incredible support from my support worker, I now feel confident and capable of overcoming any challenges life may bring.
