Paul and Charlie were exceptionally professional and a pleasure to work with. They took great pride in their craftsmanship and maintained clear communication throughout the process, explaining each step to keep me fully informed. I highly recommend their services.

We’ve been using The Heating Expert for our annual boiler service for several years, and they’ve also assisted us with our gas fire and a new heating thermostat during this time. Paul and Charlie are always willing to help, accommodating our requests at times convenient for us and completing the work in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else. We’ve recommended them to relatives and neighbours and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
