I’ve had to contact reception a few times recently, and the receptionist has been incredibly helpful and friendly. Calling the GP can be stressful, especially when it involves health concerns, but having such a calm and kind person on reception makes a huge difference. She consistently goes above and beyond, doing her best to assist in any way she can.
