I experienced significant delays and poor communication regarding my order, which was placed on July 27th, 2025. After being assured that tracking information would be provided, I received nothing for over a week. My repeated requests for an update were met with instructions to simply "check my emails" and "wait."
After ten emails, I was finally notified that one item was out of stock. I selected a replacement and continued waiting, but the order still has not shipped, and no tracking details have been provided.
I then requested a firm shipping date or a refund and have since received no response, only silence. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience dealing with a company that operates in this manner.
