I stood at the customer service desk for several minutes while one staff member was assisting a customer, another was trying to fix a piece of equipment, and a third was just watching. Despite standing under the "Customer Service" sign, no one acknowledged me until I had to ask if I was in the right place for click-and-collect.
The staff member who had been watching then left the desk, saying her colleague would assist me. I suspect she might have been a supervisor, but her actions didn’t set a great example for the two assistants who seemed to be trying their best. Regardless, one of the three could have at least acknowledged my presence—it wasn’t particularly busy.
