We ran into a major problem with a WiFi router we had bought from another store, and Thomas at 3 Mobile went above and beyond to help us resolve it. Even though the issue had nothing to do with a product from his own store, he generously spent about 40 minutes of his time with us, patiently guiding us through each step and offering clear, practical advice.

Thomas was an absolute gentleman, calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful situation into a much more manageable one.

He’s exactly the kind of person any company would be proud to have on their team. A true credit to 3 Mobile.

This company is nothing short of a rip-off, slowly increasing my SIM-only package price from £9 to £26.50 over time without any justification. I emailed them to say I never consented to these changes or the fee hikes—especially since there were no additional benefits provided, and I didn’t even get a handset. It’s absolutely disgraceful. They seem to rely on customers not checking their statements to take advantage and overcharge them.

The service itself was subpar too, with poor signal and unreliable mobile data. I regret not leaving sooner, but after noticing today just how much they’ve overcharged me on my bank statement, I’ve finally taken action and switched. Good riddance!
