Team lead Vikas and his team member Neil are two highly efficient individuals who assisted me in booking my tickets. They provided me with the best options tailored to my convenience, making the process smooth and hassle-free. I have been using Travrlopod for the past five years and have booked all my international travel tickets through them during this time.
However, this time, I initially spoke to team member Prateek AKS Patrick regarding my ticket booking. Unfortunately, I found him to be quite unprofessional and rude in his approach. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with him.
