Ten days ago, I requested an appointment online and received a call within 30 minutes—booking me in for the same day. From the moment I arrived, the receptionists were warm and welcoming. The doctor was punctual, took the time to listen carefully, and provided thoughtful suggestions.
A blood test was needed, and thanks to an available slot, I had it done immediately. Three days later, my results were ready on the app, and within an hour, the surgery called to arrange a follow-up with the GP, scheduled for three days later. I was also referred for an X-ray, which took place just five days after my initial appointment.
The entire process was seamless, professional, and impressively efficient. Every step—from booking to diagnostics to follow-up—was handled with care and precision. The team is exceptional, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It would take a major life change for me to move away from such an outstanding service.
