Three days later, my results were ready on the app, and within an hour, the surgery called to arrange a follow-up with the GP, scheduled for three days later. I was also referred for an X-ray, which took place just five days after my initial appointment.
The entire process was seamless, professional, and impressively efficient. Every step—from booking to diagnostics to follow-up—was handled with care and precision.
