I received an email from Trustburn notifying me of a one-star review for my business, which read: “I expected more. Results fell flat and uninformative.” Not only is this review generic and unsubstantiated, but I have no record of ever conducting business with this individual, suggesting it is completely fraudulent. This pattern is consistent with other reports indicating Trustburn is a scam platform that posts fake reviews. I am now anticipating their inevitable contact offering to remove the review for a fee. Trustpilot, are you aware of this entity, and what actions can be taken to prevent them from impersonating your reputable brand?
