Just looked at a random business reviewed at Trustpilot and found out almost 140 out 150 reviews are submitted on the same day and the next day, month and year - there are no reviews!

Do they actually moderate reviews at Trustpilot

My major complaint about Trustpilot is their moderation of reviews. Many, many shady reviews get displayed as if there is no one watching or checking each review. Some review don't even make sense and they are out of context with no mention of the reviewed business.

And when I contact them, they don't do anything about it. Why? It's because they think they are too big to bother. For a company that is on the stock market, they should be investing more in reviews moderation.

I'm genuinely disappointed—not just with these companies and websites, but with humanity as a whole. It seems like everyone only cares about their own gain. Is there no one left to trust?

Even Trustpilot itself is shady. They make every scam company look legitimate, giving them a flawless reputation without proper verification - just because they pay for a membership. I saw a business get 'verified' with nothing but a bank account—no ID checks, no real confirmation.

I’ve been scammed by multiple fraudulent companies, and it’s not just bad luck—it’s because Trustpilot actively promotes these scams for profit. Nobody talks about it, but it’s the truth.

And of course, my review will probably get taken down again. Why? Because I’m exposing them? Because they can’t handle the truth? They’ve grown too big to care, becoming just another platform that props up scams for money.

Real businesses don’t need Trustpilot’s fake stars or reviews—their reputation speaks for itself.

Instead of responding, they’ll just delete my review. Why? Because they have no defense.

At this point, I don’t even care anymore. I’m just deeply, deeply disappointed.
