I went to STB bank in Smethwick to open a new business account and thought it would be easy as I before when I used the Small Heath branch ( Now it's closed ). They asked for few documents about my company and afterwards they kept me waiting for weeks. At that time I had a new contract and I had to send my business account details to get paid on time so I could pay my guards. I got frustrated and then contacted Tide who got me a business account in one day with cheaper fees and an amazing app.
