Very is a truly exceptional company in today’s world, as issues are incredibly rare, and when they do occur, their Customer Service team handles them with outstanding efficiency and care.
I’ve been a loyal Very customer for many years and have only encountered about three problems during that time. Each issue was resolved with compassion, understanding, and genuine sincerity. Two of the problems were related to delivery, and while the fault lay with the delivery companies, Very was extremely apologetic and proactive in finding solutions.
I highly recommend Very to others and have even encouraged a few family members to join, all of whom have had equally positive experiences. In a world filled with too many disappointing companies, Very stands out as a rare gem of reliability and excellent service.
