I arrived at 7:45 AM for my 8:30 AM meeting. The security staff were very pleasant and provided clear instructions on what to do. The lady at the welcome desk was extremely kind, and the person who handled my application was also very helpful and efficient.
However, the most challenging part of the process was securing the appointment itself. It was a nightmare—I spent over three months just to get an appointment scheduled.
