Contacted customer service twice and still didn’t get clear answers. The transaction was for e-tickets that should have been sent directly by the platform, yet they told me I’d only receive them three hours before the event , on September 13 at 3 p.m. It’s impossible to plan a trip to Osaka not knowing whether I’ll actually have tickets until just hours before the show. If we’re paying for tickets, it should guarantee entry.

My second attempt with Viagogo’s service was even worse, as the representative simply vanished from the chat, leaving me talking to myself. To make matters worse, after my purchase, the same number of tickets was still shown as available, which makes the whole process feel like a scam. They only mention after the purchase that tickets won’t be available until three hours before the event, which is ridiculous.

Even trying to resolve the issue was useless, since all the response links in their emails led to error pages. This site feels like a complete scam . If you want unnecessary stress, wasted money, and to be treated poorly, Viagogo is the place to go.
