Appalling customer service. I purchased a counterfeit coat on Vinted for £200 and raised an issue immediately upon realising it was fake. The seller refused to accept a return or provide a refund, and Vinted offered no assistance in recovering my money, essentially blaming me for the situation. When I attempted to resell the coat for half the price, fully disclosing it was a fake, Vinted blocked my listing, stating it wasn’t authentic. I lodged a complaint, questioning how the original seller was allowed to list and sell a counterfeit item, yet I was prevented from doing so. Vinted then completely ignored me, leaving me £200 out of pocket with a fake coat.
