As a long-time online customer of Virgin Megastore, I’ve made significant purchases over the years, yet I’ve never received any form of loyalty reward, discount, or special offer. It’s disappointing that regular customers like myself aren’t acknowledged or appreciated.
Additionally, the online customer support has been consistently unreliable. Responses are slow, and when I do receive assistance, it often feels half-hearted, with little effort made to genuinely resolve issues.
Given Virgin Megastore’s reputation and scale, I expected much better customer service and loyalty incentives. Unfortunately, my experience has been underwhelming and far below the standard I anticipated.
