Great service overall, but collection staff could improve significantly.
Pros: The website was user-friendly, making it simple to book and manage my collection. I had to reschedule twice, and LITTA made the process hassle-free—I could easily update the date online without needing to call or pay extra. My collection slot was clearly confirmed, and I appreciated the option to upgrade to a more convenient time for a small fee.
Cons: Unfortunately, one of the collection staff members fell short. Despite all the details being clearly listed in my booking (item location, building access, and item size—a three-seater sofa), he asked me questions he should have already known. His attitude was irritable, which was off-putting. Worse, he handled my belongings carelessly—knocking things over, dragging the sofa across my hardwood floor without concern for scratches, and even hitting my lampshade while manoeuvring it
