I ordered one toothbrush but was sent four. I was also charged for four. When I asked to return the extra three, the company refused to refund the £140, claiming the items are hygiene products and therefore non-returnable. This is a scam. Now I have to take the matter to the small claims court. Order number: 2752148.
The company sent me two emails offering me a refund. However, when I called them yesterday at 4:43 PM, I was told they would not issue a refund because the products are hygiene related. This was despite the toothbrushes still being in their original plastic wrapping and packaging. The person on the phone told me not to trust the emails from Vincent or Victor, saying they are just bots. My mother is 83 years old and simply wanted one toothbrush, not three extra brushes and all this hassle.
