I visited the surgery on Friday after enduring several days of unexplained pain. I was seen by one of your ANPs, who showed incredible empathy, conducted a thorough examination, and clearly explained what to expect in the coming days. I can’t express how reassured and heard I felt during the appointment.
The care and professionalism of your ANP and nursing staff have truly stood out. After a disappointing experience with a GP earlier this year, I had been considering leaving the surgery. However, Friday’s visit, despite how busy the surgery was, completely changed my perspective. It’s evident that the practice has been improving, and I’m glad to see such positive changes. Your nurses and ANP are an absolute credit to the team.
