We recently ordered our new bathroom, and the entire process was incredibly quick and easy. Kylie Young guided us through every step, and the design she created was amazing. She also helped us bring our dream bathroom to life by walking us through all the items in the showroom that matched the plan, and making adjustments wherever needed. It was a great experience. Thank you so much, Kylie, for all your help!

I’m currently in the process of creating my dream kitchen. As someone who finds it challenging to talk to people and often feels awkward, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and respected Gary made me feel. He measured my kitchen, walked me through the process, and explained everything clearly. If you’re someone who struggles with communication or feels uneasy in these situations, I highly recommend working with Gary. He has a caring nature and is excellent at his job.

When I requested a change, he handled it quickly and efficiently. He showed me parts of other kitchens that I didn’t fully understand, provided a visual snippet of my kitchen with panels, handles, and worktops, and even suggested cost-effective alternatives without compromising on quality. Throughout the process, he was honest and transparent.

Gary is a true asset to his profession. It’s refreshing to work with someone who can explain things clearly without making you feel inadequate or taking advantage. I’m excited to finalize my purchase and will definitely return to Gary for my future bathroom project.

Exceptional Service and Outstanding Customer Experience We had the pleasure of designing our kitchen with Sree at the Anerley store, and it was an effortless process from start to finish. After a long search and several disappointing consultations with other kitchen suppliers, Sree's expertise and professionalism stood out.

Sree is not only highly experienced but also incredibly friendly and efficient. She seamlessly designed a kitchen that perfectly fit our space requirements. Her approach makes the process stress-free, allowing you to focus on the enjoyable aspects, like selecting materials. The design appointment was relaxed, with no pressure or rush, and we appreciated being able to take the quote home to review and make adjustments before committing.

Wickes offers competitive pricing, and their appliance packages provide excellent value compared to purchasing separately. They also give you flexibility by offering installation services or the option to use your own team.

Sree’s responsiveness didn’t stop after the initial design; she has promptly addressed all our questions ahead of the kitchen delivery. The delivery itself was seamless, punctual, and managed efficiently by two friendly drivers.

The worktop supplier team has also been fantastic, coordinating the templating date with professionalism and ease.

Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Sree’s expertise and customer-centric approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Thank you, Sree and Wickes, for delivering such an outstanding service! Highly recommended!

This is a follow-up regarding the installation of my bathroom. After facing some issues with the installation—partly due to the fitters and partly due to the quality of the bathroom furniture—I finally began to relax and enjoy my new shower, convincing myself that the £8,000 spent was worth it for the small space. And yes, for a compact room, it did feel like money well spent!

However, minor issues continue to crop up. For example, their electrician installed the light switch above the door, causing the pull cord to get trapped when the door closed. Over time, the cord frayed to just two threads, leaving me wondering whether it would break when the light was on or off. To work around this, we had to redirect the cord, but this caused it to chafe inside the plastic casing. Trying to contact their recommended electrician was no easy task!

Another issue came to light weeks later: the chrome plate on the shower wall was installed upside down. I noticed the hidden writing, which was obscured by the handle. This was an immediate red flag that the pipework behind the expensive wall panels was routed incorrectly.

I contacted Wickes and explained the problems. The planner, Paul, initially sprang into action, sending emails to various teams to address the issues. Unfortunately, that’s where the progress ended. Even escalating the matter to higher management yielded no results. To keep the issues from being ignored, I found myself constantly having to follow up, either in person or through emails.

My earlier review was acknowledged by Wickes, and their response here suggested they would look into the matter. However, no real action followed—just empty assurances to maintain the appearance of resolving isolated cases and to give readers false confidence in their service.

Here’s my advice:

Consider Zero Finance: Request a zero-finance option for your project. Wickes won’t mention this unless you specifically ask, but it provides leverage if issues arise. Thorough Inspections: Take your time—about a week or so—to ensure everything is done to your satisfaction before making final payment. Don’t let pushy administrators rush you. Hold Fitters Accountable: Fitters often move on to the next job and won’t return to fix issues. Make sure they complete their work properly before they leave. Minimize Distractions: Ensure the fitters are focused on the job and free from personal distractions, such as external issues that might affect their performance. Lastly, if Wickes doesn’t assist you, finance providers can step in to resolve the matter. That will be my next move. Good luck to anyone considering similar work!

In Context & Detailed Business Reviews

When reviewers leave feedback for a business or service, they must first select the correct review category. This helps both readers and the business owner understand the context of the review.

If a review is placed in the wrong category, it may be treated as spam and removed before it is published.

A full list of review categories is provided, but if a suitable option is not available, reviewers may suggest a new one.

Showcase Customer Reviews

Showcase your business reviews and recommendations using a customizable, responsive widget.

For featured businesses, they can display only selected reviews in their reviews widget.

Clear Customer Insight

Improve your customer experience and get in-depth and reliable insight into your customers' behavior and buying decisions. With Trust Medium, you go beyond simple star ratings to uncover the stories and priorities that truly matter. Empower your business with deeper customer understanding, build stronger connections, and make smarter, data-driven decisions for lasting success.

No Solicited Reviews

Unlike other reviews platforms, we don't provide forms for businesses to invite customers to review their products and services - making sure it's five-star review and a recommendation. Asking or begging customers to leave a review incentivizes positive and misleading reviews. In a way, it's like asking a customer to manufacture a response they didn't want to do. Instead, businesses should consider a soft request whether their customers are unhappy for any reason and let them know so they can remedy the issue.

No AI Replies

AI cannot respond to Business reviews! Unlike other reviews platforms, we don't do automated, AI replies to reviews. Handling negative feedback effectively takes a lot of social nuance and contextual cues, and when businesses rely on some prompts to craft a reply, they are actually misleading their customers!

Flooded Reviews Alert

Automatically detects sudden spikes in review activity, displays a warning on affected reviews, and temporarily blocks further submissions for one week to prevent suspicious or coordinated feedback.

Proof of Purchase Verification

Requires proof of purchase for certain reviews. If no proof is provided, a red receipt icon is displayed to alert readers and maintain review transparency.

Manual Reviews Moderation

All reviews are checked by our moderation team before being published. This ensures that spam, offensive language, and misleading content are filtered out, keeping reviews reliable and trustworthy.

Extra Review Attributes

Review Attributes are short, ready-made statements that allow reviewers to highlight specific aspects of their experience with a business. Instead of writing a long explanation, reviewers can now quickly tag their feedback with simple prefixes like:

These attributes appear directly alongside your written review, giving future customers a snapshot of what stood out in your experience.

Trust Medium Is Free for All Businesses

Trust Medium is free because it is built on a simple principle: reviews should be honest, transparent, and accessible to everyone.

By removing pay-to-play dynamics and focusing on authenticity, the platform creates a more level playing field where businesses can grow based on real feedback, not paid influence.

Clear Sentiment Breakdown Metrics

We present customer feedback in a clear and simple way, so you can quickly understand how people feel about a business. Instead of complex scores or confusing ratings, reviews are grouped into three straightforward categories: recommend, not happy, and neutral. This gives you an honest snapshot of overall sentiment at a glance.

Each result is backed by real user reviews and shown with transparent counts and percentages. There is no weighting or hidden adjustments, just a straightforward breakdown of what customers are saying. This helps you make informed decisions based on genuine experiences, not inflated or misleading metrics.
