My autistic son traveled from LHR today. Wilson James initially informed us there would be a 10-15 minute wait for assistance. However, despite numerous calls from British Airways, assistance only arrived 10 minutes before the gates opened—and they were there to assist another passenger. Thanks to the exceptional efforts of the BA supervisor, my son finally received the necessary assistance, but only after waiting for nearly two hours!

I wouldn’t trust them to manage even a building site. Somehow, they’ve managed to obtain some form of accreditation—likely just a matter of completing procedural paperwork—and yet they’re now responsible for overseeing major airports in the UK.

If you want proof of their competence, ask the Royal Shakespeare Company why they parted ways with them a year ago.

We [ Birmingham Security] worked with them for two years at the RSC, and during that time, we never had ACS accreditation but still they never asked. Even worse, they still haven’t paid us for an entire year’s work.- more than $8,000 of invoices.

When they claim to be sorry and ask you to contact them via email or other channels, don’t believe it—it’s just another lie.
