Lorraine provided an absolutely fantastic cleaning service. She was both professional and friendly, and she didn’t mind at all that I had prepared a list of tasks for her. She was very considerate, always checking if I wanted items put back in a specific place, though I assured her it wasn’t a problem. I was particularly impressed by her use of different coloured cloths for different areas—an excellent way to distinguish between sanitary and food preparation spaces.
She even finished before the allotted time and kindly asked if there were any additional tasks she could do to make full use of it. However, she had worked so efficiently and tirelessly that I have no doubt she would have exceeded her time if she had taken things at a slower pace, unlike some cleaners I’ve encountered. I highly recommend this professional company and have already booked a carpet cleaning, as I was so impressed with the service!
