I attended the surgery today with my father for a medication review and was thoroughly impressed by the doctor’s professionalism, patience, and thoroughness. The doctor took the time to address all our questions about my father’s medication, explaining in detail how the computer system identifies potential clashes between new and existing medications to prevent any adverse reactions.
My father had been waiting several months for an ECG appointment, which the doctor has now prioritized.
In addition to praising the doctor, I’d also like to commend the practice manager, who has consistently gone above and beyond over the past few months to assist with any queries or concerns my father has had.
Thank you both for your outstanding care and support—it is truly appreciated.
