Yelp's review system is unfairly biased against businesses. A client left an unverified 1-star review for a roof leak that was due to hail damage, an issue covered by homeowner's insurance, not our expired workmanship warranty. Despite our multiple service visits and offers to help through her insurance or at a discount, she refused. Yelp posted this unsubstantiated negative review without investigation, while simultaneously filtering our legitimate positive reviews under their "recommended" policy. This platform does not value factual accuracy or business owner input.
