While the loyalty program itself is functionally solid and affordable, the account support is severely lacking. We have experienced near-absent communication, with chat support consistently unable to provide immediate answers. In nine months, we have been assigned four different account managers, the most recent of whom was completely unprepared for a long-scheduled call. Implementation was a poorly structured, six-month ordeal with minimal guidance, limited to being sent development articles. Ultimately, you should expect to be entirely self-reliant after installation.
