I had a truly positive experience with Zuto, thanks in large part to Nikita. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. I had recently lost my mum, and instead of making the process stressful or rushed, she gave me the time and space I needed to handle things at my own pace.
What really stood out was how caring she was on a personal level. She even arranged for a condolence card and flowers to be sent to me—something I honestly didn't expect at all, especially since I hadn't even purchased a car yet. That meant so much during such a difficult time.
There was never any pressure, just genuine support, clear communication, and kindness throughout. Nikita is not only professional but also a truly lovely person, and she made what could have been an overwhelming process feel much more manageable.
