While my order experienced a long delivery time due to DHL damaging the parcel, I’m ultimately satisfied with the outcome. Based on my experience, emailing customer service proved to be the most effective solution—phone support was less helpful, as I was left waiting over an hour before being disconnected after being promised a resolution. Fortunately, the courier was later switched to XDP, which provided excellent service. After a two-week delay, I finally received my order in good condition.
