I opened an account with Timo because they promote themselves as user-friendly, but my experience was anything but. From the beginning, I was unable to transfer money due to an issue with registering my biometrics for authentication. After waiting a week for a resolution, the only response I received was that they couldn’t identify the problem, leaving me with an account that can receive money but not send it.
It’s disheartening to know I’m not alone, as many others have reported similar issues. This is the first time I’ve had to close a bank account without even being able to use it. Timo ended up being a total waste of time and effort.
If you value your time and expect a hassle-free banking experience, steer clear of Timo. They fail to deliver on their promises.
