On November 27, I purchased a kitchen furniture set and an island, but three weeks later, only 40% of the items had been delivered. Now, it’s January 15—six weeks have passed—and I’m still waiting for the remaining furniture. The customer service experience has been incredibly frustrating, with hours spent waiting for a response, only for calls to be disconnected automatically. There seems to be no way to reach anyone at IKEA. It’s deeply disappointing to receive such poor service from a brand that should be synonymous with quality and professionalism!
