Every month, I have to call about my husband’s prescription, and it’s always a cycle of blame. The receptionist blames the chemist, the chemist blames the GP, and all I get are excuses from the reception staff. It’s incredibly stressful because my husband’s medication is always late, leaving him in pain. While I don’t blame the staff, I believe the root issue lies with the GP’s inability to manage the workload. This also impacts me, as I have a heart condition and chronic illnesses, and the ongoing stress every month takes a toll on my health.
