Had breakfast at the Milton Keynes IKEA, and it was absolutely dreadful. The tomatoes were raw, the bacon was poor quality, the hash browns were undercooked in the middle, and the toast was cold. The server behind the counter was uninterested and miserable.

We haven't been to IKEA for a couple of years, and it's clear that standards have dropped—this was the worst breakfast I've ever had. Even McDonald's does a better job… in fact, I’ll just go there next time!

Avoid IKEA’s breakfast. Trying to get a cup of coffee using a barcode system was a nightmare, with long queues and no staff to help, meaning my food went cold. After spending nearly £500 in-store, I expected much better from IKEA!

On November 27, I purchased a kitchen furniture set and an island, but three weeks later, only 40% of the items had been delivered. Now, it’s January 15—six weeks have passed—and I’m still waiting for the remaining furniture. The customer service experience has been incredibly frustrating, with hours spent waiting for a response, only for calls to be disconnected automatically. There seems to be no way to reach anyone at IKEA. It’s deeply disappointing to receive such poor service from a brand that should be synonymous with quality and professionalism!

I bought a work desk and an office chair from Ikea. The prices were OK and so the quality. I guess most of the stuff they sell in their stores is not bad. The chair is always leaning forward whatever setting I do. I bought the same chair years ago and they were alright!. The checkout, the food were smooth and all the staff were helpful.
