When reviewers leave feedback for a business or service, they must first select the correct review category. This helps both readers and the business owner understand the context of the review.

If a review is placed in the wrong category, it may be treated as spam and removed before it is published.

A full list of review categories is provided, but if a suitable option is not available, reviewers may suggest a new one.

  Business reviews from former or current employees. You should also include start and end dates of employment at the end of this form.
• 2.   Their services
  Services can be courses, insurance, childcare, construction, training, finance, design, public services, consulting, law, healthcare, business, research, security, IT...
• 3.   One of Their Products (Single Product Review)
  For detailed business reviews about one product, reviewers should provide the product name, price, and purchase date. Use the next option if you are reviewing a range of products.
• 4.   Their Products (Multiple Products Review)
  If you are reviewing several products from the same business, this category allows broader feedback without requiring individual product details.
• 5.   Their customer service
  Business reviews about customer support should reflect experiences both before and after purchasing or using a product or service.
• 6.   Doing business with them
  For subcontractors, suppliers, or clients, this category captures experiences of working directly with the business. Dates of engagement, at the end of this form, should be included for context
• 7.   Other
  If none of the categories apply, you can suggest a new category to ensure your feedback is properly classified.

• Lacks – Lacks parking space
• Offers – Offers fast delivery

These attributes appear directly alongside your written review, giving future customers a snapshot of what stood out in your experience.
